USDT & USDC Payment Guide

Use this guide to pay your Sequence invoice using USDT or USDC. Payments can be sent from any exchange or private wallet across several supported blockchain networks.

This guide is organized into the following sections:

Requisites & Best Practices

  1. Exact Invoice Amount: Make sure the net amount received by Sequence matches the exact total shown on your invoice. Always add your exchange's withdrawal fee to the transfer total.
  2. Network Matching: You MUST select the exact same network on your exchange/wallet as the deposit address selected below. Sending funds on the wrong network will result in permanent loss of funds.
  3. Save Your TxID: After completing the transfer, you must record and submit your Transaction ID (TxID) so our accounting team can verify and reconcile your invoice promptly.

Step 1: Initiate Withdrawal on Your Exchange / Wallet

  1. Log in to your crypto exchange or wallet (e.g., Bybit, Binance, OKX, BloFin, Trust Wallet).
  2. Go to the Withdraw / Send section and select USDT or USDC.

Step 2: Select Network & Paste Address

  1. Choose your preferred network from the tables above (e.g., TRC20, ERC20, Solana).
  2. Copy the corresponding official wallet address from the table.
  3. Paste the address into your exchange’s withdrawal destination field.

    Always verify the first and last 4 characters of the address before confirming.

Step 3: Account for Exchange Withdrawal Fees

Make sure Sequence receives the exact invoice total in USD:

  • Formula: Total Withdrawal Amount = Invoice Total + Exchange Withdrawal Fee
  • Example: If your invoice total is $500.00 and your exchange charges $1.00 USDT for a TRC20 withdrawal, enter $501.00 USDT as the withdrawal amount.

Step 4: Submit Your Transaction ID (TxID)

Once the transfer is completed on the blockchain:

  1. Copy the Transaction Hash / TxID from your exchange withdrawal history.
  2. Take a Screenshot: Take a clear screenshot of the withdrawal confirmation/receipt page showing the TxID, transferred amount, network, and status.
  3. Submit Your Payment Details: Follow our step-by-step guide to submit your TxID and upload your receipt screenshot so our accounting team can verify and reconcile your invoice promptly:
