💡Use a Desktop Browser for Best Results. We strongly recommend completing the setup process on a desktop browser, preferably Chrome. In our experience, doing this on a mobile web browser can be quite difficult — while not entirely impossible, the process is significantly less smooth.
🔸 Step 1: Check your invoice details
On your Sequence invoice, note the following:
- Billing Period (e.g. 2025-06-27 to 2025-07-21)
- amount under Total Profit & Loss (e.g. 0.000714 BTC)
🔸 Step 2: Check Data Directly from Bybit UI
⚠️ Important: Bybit exports do not include fees Bybit's PnL export file does not include Opening Fee, Closing Fee, or . This is a limitation of Bybit, so we need to review the fees directly from a screenshot of the P&L table (or via copy-paste into a sheet).
- While logged into the correct , go to: https://www.bybit.com/user/assets/order/derivatives/futures/pl-history
- Select the date range that matches your Billing Period.
- Copy and paste your Bybit table into Google Sheets or Excel, including these columns: Realized P&L, Opening Fee, Closing Fee, Funding Fee.
- Normalize the values: in your sheet, use Find & Replace to remove the trailing text and spaces (e.g., replace " BTC" with "" and replace spaces with nothing) so all cells are numeric.
- Sum all values within the billing period across the four columns: Realized P&L, Opening Fee, Closing Fee, Funding Fee.
- Compare against your invoice PnL. Identify whether the difference equals the total of any fee column.
💡 In most cases, any discrepancy comes from the Funding Fee. This fee can occasionally work either in your favor or ours (positive - us; negative - you). We recommend reviewing performance over an extended period, particularly during bull & bear markets, to get a clearer picture.
